Review on Sinful Colors in Kissy!

Alright well this is for Sinful Colors in Kissy.  Kissy is a blueish green color with green and gold shimmers in it.  It goes on very nicely, not runny, or streaky.  I applied 2 coats to get this color. I think it would also look great over a white base or black base.  (I don't have a black or a white polish so I can not show you, sorry) It's a very shiny and smooth color. It looks different in different lights, it's getting dark here so I could only give you one natural light, it still looks great!
